Refunds or credits are not given for lessons that are missed.  A maximum of 2 lessons per school year may be rescheduled providing 24 hour notice is given.  Make up lessons will be given at a time that is mutually agreeable to the student, parents and teacher.

Lessons that are canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will be forfeited, no make up lesson will be offered and no fee will be refunded.  The ONLY exception will be in the case of genuine medical emergencies.

Lessons missed without notification will not be refunded or made up.

From time to time lessons may need to be rescheduled for the teacher's requirements. In such cases make up lessons will be set at a time that is agreeable to the parent, student, and teacher or tuition credit will be applied to the following month's statement.

It is expected that students will attend lesson for the entire studio year from September to the end of June, participate in Performance Classes and Recitals.
